1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the pkr345 platform available at pkr345.org (hereinafter "the Platform," "pkr345," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and pkr345. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkr345 platform and close your account, if one has been created.

2 Eligibility

pkr345 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pkr345's services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all pkr345 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active account on pkr345. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr345 login credentials (username and password). pkr345 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account access details.
• Notification of Compromise: You must notify pkr345 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login details have been compromised.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your pkr345 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

pkr345 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 have not been met or have ceased to be met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkr345 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr345 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• HBL — Habib Bank Limited (bank transfer)

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on pkr345:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on pkr345 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.

• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr345 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. pkr345 reserves the right to void any bonus credited to an ineligible account.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.

• pkr345 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between players to exploit promotional structures.

pkr345 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings from a player's account where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred, and to close the relevant account.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the pkr345 platform are governed by the following principles:

• Certified RNG: All pkr345 casino games that utilise a Random Number Generator (RNG) use certified RNG software supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming. • Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-based software to interact with pkr345 games or to place bets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any betting strategy that pkr345 reasonably determines to be designed to exploit promotional offers rather than to participate in genuine gaming activity.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr345 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination, including pkr345's right to pursue any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

13 Amendments

pkr345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms, together with the effective date, will always be available on this page at pkr345.org/terms-conditions.

Where pkr345 makes a material change to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address registered on their pkr345 account, or through a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect — except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation.

14 Governing Law
